Saunas

Our cedar barrel saunas have 1–1/2″ walls for a long natural insulation and the barrel design gives you a much smaller heating area then any square sauna with plenty of room for sauna bathers. Available in 6′ and 7′ diameter and 6′, 7′ or 8′ long. A full sized door with a thermo-sealed window makes getting in and out of the barrel saunas very easy. They are produced in easy to assemble packages. Clear cedar benches and a solid cedar cradle are included in each barrel sauna package. Saunas are available with outside feed wood burning sauna heater or Tylo electric sauna heaters. The bands are high quality marine grade aluminum and all exposed hardware is stainless steel. Western Red Cedar has a very long life span in outdoor environments and its natural aroma makes it a perfect choice for cedar barrel saunas.

These saunas are made in Ontario, with no glues, plywood or fillers, for the “purest” infrared sauna experience. They are available in poplar or cedar and come with concave Ceramic Heaters.

Another sauna, another shape! Dundalk Outdoor Cabin Saunas bring all the beauty, functionality and experience of our classic barrel saunas, but in the cabin format some of our customers prefer. The outdoor cabin saunas fit perfectly on your deck or backyard patio or on your dock.

All four types of saunas consist of pre-built, pre-fitted wall and ceiling panels, pre-hung door, heater, rocks, heater guard, backrest, light, pre-made benches, vent louver, duck boards and all necessary hardware. Complete custom capabilities are also available for panel type saunas. Saunacore ensures that every detail is made certain. Benches are assembled from the bottom while all walls are blind nailed to assure that no metal is exposed in the sauna. You may also choose different style doors for a unique characteristic to your liking.
